Now It’s Dragonfly
Another name change for the restaurant on the 13th St. side. First it was Izu. Then it was Lemongrass at Izu. Then it was Shanghai Square. Now it’s Dragonfly. To which we say, whatever.
Right across the street and down one block from the popular Unregular Pizza, you’ll now find Unregular Bakery at 4th Ave. and 12th St. in the former location of that place that sold pizza by the inch for years.
Expect slightly weird variations on usual bakery favorites.
The former Manhattan Kids’ Club on East 13th St. on our block is being renovated and will become a branch of Utrecht Art Supplies, perfect for all those New School students who study art in that same building.
Reminder: The annual shareholders’ meeting will take place on
July 22nd at 7PM – 9PM at The Seafarers and International House ,123 East 15th St. on the second floor.
Please attend, and if you can’t, please hand off your signed proxy to a neighbor who will be attending. After the meeting, the Board will send around the minutes and any presentations via e-mail. If you would like to update your e-mail address, please send it to donwillmott@hotmail.com.
