Our New Managing Agent

When the new Hyatt Hotel opens on 4th Ave. and 13 St. on January 2, it will feature The Fourth, a breakfast, lunch, and dinner bistro on the ground floor.

Reminder: The annual shareholders’ meeting will take place on

July 22nd at 7PM – 9PM at The Seafarers and International House ,123 East 15th St. on the second floor.

The north end of Union Square Park will soon look a lot better. 21 trees are on the way.

This week (February 4 to February 8), material and equipment deliveries and installation work will continue on all floors and roofs as well as sidewalk work.
