They’ve been under construction for ages, but it looks like the condos at 82 University Place, where the beloved Cedar Tavern used to be, are finally ready to be sold. Starting around 1.5 million.
Next week, 03/04/2013 – 03/08/2013 Material and equipment deliveries and installation work will continue on all floors inside the building. Roof work, work on the new sidewalks around the building, and the dismantling of the construction hoist on the building exterior will also continue.

We anticipate the take down of the 14th Street sidewalk shed to begin within the next 2 weeks.
What an interesting painting. The view is to the east across the southeastern corner of the park, back when the statue of George Washington was located in a traffic island at that corner.

This weekend the site will be open on Saturday, May 4th for interior, roof, and sidewalk activities between the work hours of 7AM and 5PM as permitted by the City.
