Thai restaurant Spice, which recently relocated from University and 10th to University and 13th now has a new branch at 4th Ave. and 10th. Plenty of pad thai in the neigborhood for everyone.

Joyce Leslie, “the store where you send your daughter to dress like a hooker,” has been gone for a while on the corner of University and 8th. A replacement has finally been named: CVS. So the neighborhood gets yet another alternative to the surly hellhounds at Duane Reade.

The NYPD 6^th Precinct Community Council Meeting will take place in person Wednesday, September 25 at 7:00 PM

As part of the planned 2024 enhancements we return to our regular monthly meeting program with our very important September 25^th meeting that will feature a comprehensive panel of our Community’s Elected Officials addressing Crime, Safety and Quality of Life in our community.
