Reminder: The annual shareholders’ meeting will take place on July 22nd at 7PM – 9PM at the usual place: The Seafarers and International House at 123 East 15th St. on the second floor.

The retail operation of Arthur’s Invitations has finally closed on 13th St. They are now using the basement for their custom work. What will replace Arthur’s at street level. That is unknown.

Soon to arrive in the former location of Xu’s Public House in the lavish condo at 15 Union Square West will be Le Basque, a kosher and vegan take on northeastern Spanish cuisine. Interesting.

UNION SQUARE—Starting today, sandwich shop Num Pang is serving snow cones. Choose from Lime Lemongrass topped with Lychee and Pineapple Ginger topped with Toasted Coconut.

The next place to get expensive sandwiches and drinks will be Pura Vida Miami, which will open its next NYC location at 5th Ave. and 15th St.
