Reports are in about how 13th St. and 14th St. may change when the L train shuts down for 15 months. Some amazing details, most notably the creation of the city’s first protected two-way bike lane running the entire length of 13th St. Hard to imagine what it will be like in reality.
Next week (April 11 to April 15), Contractors will continue to excavate earth and rock, and load out material. We will continue to underpin both adjacent buildings with DOB approval of our means and methods. Drilling of tie-backs, lagging and sheeting around the perimeter will progress as well. The following week (April 18 to April 23), we will continue rock excavation and loading out, as well as underpinning both adjacent buildings, lagging and sheeting.

Please note that the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for 7-11 East 13th Street Tenants Corp. will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd at 6:00PM. The meeting will be held at Conservative Synagogue of Fifth Avenue located at 11 East 11th Street, New York, NY 10003. A formal notice of the meeting will follow.
The primary purpose of the meeting is to elect the Board of Directors for the upcoming year.
