Next week (August 12 to August 16), material and equipment deliveries and installation work will continue on all floors inside the building. New School Students will be moving into the building starting August 15th and will continue gradually through the end of August.
The following week (August 19 to August 23), material and equipment deliveries and installation work will continue on all floors.
This weekend the site will be open on Saturday, August 10th for interior, and sidewalk activities between the work hours of 7AM and 5PM as permitted by the City.

First it was the mysterious India Pavillion, which survived for many years even though no one ever ate there. Then it was Mauricio for a couple of years. Now Da Andrea is thriving in the spot on West 13th formerly occupied by those two long gone establishments. People sure seem to like it.
Next week (June 17 to June 21), material and equipment deliveries and installation work will continue on all floors inside the building. We will be working on the new sidewalks around the building on 13th st. as well as taking the sidewalk shed down on 13th st. Additionally we will be working on the roofs of the building.
The following week (June 24 to June 28), material and equipment deliveries and installation work will continue on all floors as well as sidewalk work.
