Piola, the Brazilian pizza place on East 12th St., has closed.
Cafe Spice will become Jackson Diner, an Indian import from Queens.
Very Noisy!
The retail retreat continues, with the departure of Bolton’s from the corner of Union Square and University. This is a high-traffic area. It’ll be interesting to see what comes next.
NYU, which will lease it back to Forbes for five years before moving in.
