In Hotel No Tell, she’s armed and undercover as a concierge at a Greenwich Village hotel, tracking down a missing hundred grand. The annual shareholder’s meeting will take place on Wednesday June 30th at 7PM at the Seafarers’ and Interational House at 123 East 15th St, second floor.

At the meeting, the Board of Directors will be seeking at least one new member. The former TGI Fridays on Union Square East will become a standalone site for Spacious, the co-working space that already operates within Corkbuzz from 8-4 every day. Details here.

The details are emerging about 116 University Place, the five-unit condo currently rising on the corner of University and 13th. The lower four units will range from $7.2  to $3 million (each is 3,050 square feet). The penthouse, with its expansive roof deck, will sell for a cool $10 million.

After 48 long years, neighborhood stalwart Japonica has shuttered. Sad!
