Next week (July 23 to July 27), Material and equipment deliveries and installation work will continue on all floors. We have relocated the 5th ave. sidewalk shed/pedestrian walkway to the exterior of the building.

This weekend the site will be open on Saturday, July 21st for superstructure related activities and curtain wall installation between the work hours of 7AM and 5PM as permitted by the City.

BodyRok, which offers Pilates-centric workouts with names like “Buns and Guns,” has arrived at 110 University Place. Ironic that it’s in the former location of Stromboli Pizza.

Last month, Union Square had to say good-bye to Food Emporium, formerly located at 10 Union Square East. While we are sorry to see the long-time neighborhood spot go, we are excited to be welcoming Target to this location in 2023!
