Next week, 03/11/2013 – 03/15/2013 Material and equipment deliveries and installation work will continue on all floors inside the building. Roof work, work on the new sidewalks around the building, dismantling of the exterior construction hoist and related exterior building work will also continue.

The following week, 03/18/2013 – 03/22/2013 Material and equipment deliveries and installation work will continue on all floors and roofs. Sidewalk work and dismantling of the exterior construction hoist and related exterior work will also continue.

We anticipate the take down of the 14th Street sidewalk shed to begin within the next 2 weeks.

Let’s hope the crowd at Sidebar doesn’t find its way to our side of the park to wreak havoc.

This weekend the site will be open on Saturday, February 23rd for interior, superstructure, sidewalk, and hoist removal related activities between the work hours of 7AM and 5PM as permitted by the City.

Additionally we will begin work on the new sidewalks around the building. The sidewalk shed on 14th st. is scheduled to begin dismantling, pending construction progress. The site will be closed on Monday, February 18th, for the holiday.

Ralph Lauren has closed all his Rugby stores, including the one on University and 12th.
